Hi I set up a form it goes througn ok until I try and upload files?

    am I doing anything wrong? does the files get sent straight away with the email?

    please help.

    Hi webdesign2011,

    Thank you for posting your concern here. Yes, the files uploaded by your customers through your JotForm form will be sent to youe email address (if email notifications are configured). It will also be saved to your JotForm account's submissions page.

    Your customers should see a status bar underneath the file upload field telling them that their file upload is currently in progress. This may be in the form of a rotating circle or a percentage number depending on the web browser they're using.
