Saving Credit Card for Cancellation Agreement

    I would like to know if any of your payment integrations allow for saving of payment method. I typically use Square but see that when a transaction was run the payment method was not saved. I would like to create a form that runs a nominal charge that may be reversed in order to make a strong cancellation policy (IE the form would be sent upon scheduling for a patients first appointment).

    Hi @Centered,

    Unfortunately, there is no option to allow saving of the credit card information used in the transaction due to PCI-DSS mandate. 

    I think what you can do is to enable payment authorization with Square. In that way, you can capture the payment at a later date, giving your customers time to cancel the transaction if they request for it. The authorization will expire after 6 days. If you didn't capture the payment after these days, no actual charges will be made.
