Will not allow one-time payments. How can I integrate a one-time Stripe payment?

I received this response from Jotform:

To clarify, do you need to fetch the subscription in Stripe?

To be able to set one-time payment in Stripe, you would have to create your own subscription in the Stripe Payment Integration.

1. Set the base PRICE of your Subscription to 0.

2. Enable the SET CUSTOM FIRST PAYMENT COST.

3. Then, set the FIRST PAYMENT price to your desired one-time charge.

It Didn't work. I am having issues implementing the one-time payment options to Jotforms with Stripe. The re-occurring payments work with no issue. The one-time payments need to be set at $0 with a custom first payment. I cannot get the stripe settings set up properly to allow for the custom first payment. 

We are losing THOUSANDS in revenue. I need a call in the next hour at 302-393-6000.

That guide only applies if you are creating the subscription via Jotform. Guide: How-to-Setup-a-Recurring-Payment-Option.

I can see that you are fetching the subscriptions from your Stripe account. The only way to edit how the subscription should charge the customer is through your Stripe Dashboard. Please refer to this guide https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/creating.
