    Hi -

I am wondering if there is a way within the form that by simply checking a box off (or something) that the form would then know to send it that group of people?

For instance, we have 6 warehouse branches, when there needs to be repair made for warehouse A, you check that box and it knows to send it to group warehouse A People. If it's warehouse B it goes to warehouse B people?

Or do I have to duplicate the form 6 times and make it specific to each branch that way. We have upgraded membership where you can add multiple recipients.

    I hope that makes sense.

    Thank you!

It's currently possible to achieve that with one form, you will need to take advantage of the conditional logic so the email is sent according to the selection.

I would recommend you to kindly check this guide so you can get more details about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

You can add multiple email addresses on conditions separating each one with a space and comma, example:

    email1@email.com, email2@email.com
