Email notification, with PDF attached? Can you go back and update a filled out form without resubmitting a new one?

When you submit the form, do you get an email back saying your form was submitted and a PDF attached of the form you sent, so employees can keep track of each form?

Also, once you submit the form and you need to go back and make an edit, is that possible without having to resubmit a whole new form? For instance you checked a box off saying NO and then you get to that location and realize that it needs to be a YES for that box...can they open a form and change the answer and save it?

I am the one that puts together the forms for the company and we are not giving access to everyone to the form builder...trying to figure out from the user perspective the organization of it.

    Hi Lauren,

Yes, you will get an email notification on every submission. You can enable PDF Attachment in the email notification settings so the submission PDF will be included in the sent email as an attachment.

Unfortunately, it would require resubmitting the form to save their changes. Here's how to allow users to update their existing submission. Guide: How to Let Users Update Their Form Submissions at a Later Date
