Unable to see the Dynamic QR code on the Form

The QR Code for this event , is it same for all participant? because im submitting all form and get the same link no. please explain and give me the QR code can access this event. TQ

I noticed you have configured the QR code to be displayed on the Thankyou page. On successful submission of the Form, the QR code would be displayed on the Thankyou page. I have made a test submission to your Form and I got the QR code in the Thank you page:

You are encoding the Identification/Passport No in the QR code so it should be unique for each user. Since you have turned the settings off so it would not be shown on the Form and only be seen in the Thankyou page and the Autoresponse.

install the Dynamic QR Code Widget. Im using the office computer with mozil

Using your submission view for the Form, you can get the Dynamic QR code for each of the submissions.

I noticed you are having a guest account with the email Id majidmps786@gmail.com.

Are you the Form owner or a user that has submitted this Form? We cannot provide you the details of the submission for the email Ids that you have shared. If you are the Form owner then you can check the submissions page, there you will notice all the recorded QR codes.
