    Hello I am trying to set up my payment plan to bronze monthly - but think I have done bronze yearly? Please can you set it to Bronze monthly payment plan?

    I can see that there were duplicate payments. 2 Bronze monthly, 1 Bronze yearly and 1 silver monthly. I have now cancelled 3 of your payments and left Bronze monthly.

    Refund would normally take upto 7-10 business days.
