Hi,
We're currently building a new webstore with the help of ekm.com. I'd like to embed a webform on the site to act as a 'support form'. Basically, it will require our customers to fill in their details, submit and image and provide a diagnosis. Once submitted, we would want the customer to be sent a unique support number directly to their email address whilst our support team would also receive the information along with the same unique support number. Is this possible with JotForm? -

You can generate unique numbers via using "Unique ID" element which is located at Form Elements > Widgets.
Also, you can change Unique ID Properties.
Then please follow these steps for Email Settings
1. Click form Settings
2. Click EMAILS > Notification
3. Click the pen button
4. Enable "Unique ID" box
5. Click the "RECIPIENTS"
6. Add your support team members' emails to this field.
If you require any further assistance feel free to let us know.
