Hello, I would like to complete the privacy policy on my website and would like to know how long the data of one of my website visitors will be stored and whether I can set somewhere that it will be deleted automatically e.g. after 2 months? I am looking forward to your answer and wish you a good day in the future.

Unfortunately, there is no way to for autodeletion in JotForm, but there may be a workaround for your situation.

Firstly you can use the Autodelete Submissions application, but please note that this does not have any scheduling options.

Secondly, you can schedule your forms to disable themselves. This way after the selected date your forms will be disabled.

In addition to these, I have opened a feature ticket and escalated it to our development team, but we cannot provide you with an ETA on the features fix.

Hope this helps and if you require any further assistance feel free to let us know!

Thank you for your answer and for sharing this idea with the development team.
The Autodelete Submissions application is not right for this situation, because then the whole form would disappear from my website. However, I would like the user's stored data to be deleted after a maximum of 2 months.
Many thanks and a good start to the weekend.
    Mit freundlichen Grüßen
