Accessing my account

    I have an account with Jotform and have been receiving submissions to this email address, but I have forgotten my username. I have gone to the reset option which worked before, but now it won't recognise my email address. What is wrong?

    Hi Matthew,

    Thank you for sharing your concern. I have checked our member database and it appears that you have created your forms as a guest. You should have a JotForm account in order to manage your forms and view your submissions. 

    You should see something like this on the left side when you go to JotForm website:

     

    Just create an account by clicking the button and use your own email address. Your guest account will be merged with this new account automatically.
