I am trying to create a form that will allow users to upload several pictures. When I try to upload pictures using the option for single file uploads it works perfectly. The exported data in excel shows a hyperlink to where the picture is stored...AWESOME! However, when I tried to replicate the same process with the multiple file uploads option selected the exported data in excel does not have any hyperlinks. In fact I don't know where the uploaded pictures went to.
Can anyone explain?

Can you please provide the form ID or link you are having the multiple file upload issue and what file type you are trying to upload?
I was testing the function out on a junk form which I have deleted. The file type I was trying to upload was .jpg

All submitted information or files on certain field will be deleted once you will changed them. So, I suggest you to clone the form and do the changes on the cloned version.
Have you tried submitting a file after you changed the upload property to Multiple Upload field? Please try it and export again the submissions in Excel Format. See if the files doesn't contain any download link.

I first created the form with single file upload seletced. I uploaded a .jpg file and it worked great. I then edited the form to allow multiple uploads. I tried to upload multiple .jpg files and found that when I exported to excel the files uploaded with the multiple file selection enabled were not hyperlinked to the excel file.

May we have the form URL? I can't replicate that issue. All works fine, it gives me three (3) lines of download links;
