Can not download QR code for registration of Seventh Asia-Pacific Urban Forum (APUF7)

i did check the QR code url and did not find any issue with that. It seems you are not logged in to your JotForm account and that is the reason why you are not able to download it. 

It seems your account "reg.urbanicemalaysia" has privacy setting enable and that requires user to be login to account account to download files. Please uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy setting and that will solve your problem to download files without being logged in to account. Please check the screenshot below:
