good morning
we have had a few of our technicians complain after they complete the jotform on the phone application, when they hit submit, they are getting a "site not available" error message.

I was unable to locate a form within your account. Are you possibly referring to your Commercial - Single Form, if so can you please explain further?
Is this form being assigned to your technicians via the mobile app? Are you able to provide a screenshot of the issue on your end?
