I am not sure if my order went through

    I recently decided to upgrade my service from the free to the $10 a month service. Originally my user name was cmccrae, but when I was going through the payment option I decided to put webmaster@peaceoverviolence.org as my user name. Since the person who was attached to cmccrae is no longer with our organization. I am not sure if by doing this I screwed something up. I dont see the upgraded service attached to the cmccrae account and I cannot log in with the webmaster@peaceoverviolence.org user name because in reality an account was never created with it. I hope this makes sense. We need the submission for to work on our website denimdayusa.org as soon as possible because we use it as a registration form for our big annual awareness campaign. The registration form doesnt show up at all now. Please help! If needed call our office at 213.955.9090 and ask for Omar or Darcy. Thank you for your time.

    Hi,

    Your payment is Pending for Review on our end. 

    Since you have enterred the wrong username, I am thinking of declining the Payment then give you correct link for upgrading your account.

    What account should be upgrade? Is it, cmccrae ?

    I already submitted a payment though. I also already recieved the confirmation Ref# 70501870. I also am now able to log in with both webmaster@peaceoverviolence.org and with cmccrae and they both go to the same account. But my form is still NOT working on my denimdayusa.org website and under my account it stills says FREE, NOT PREMIUM.
