When will my account upgrade?

    I upgraded my account but it still is showing the standard settings. How long should this normally take?

    Hi there,

    I'm very sorry about this but there seems to be some confusion over your account.  I see that it is scheduled for downgrade, not an upgrade.  I will assign this to the next level so that we can investigate it.  Can you please let me know when you sent the request and how?

    When was this upgrade? Can you send us the purchase number you see on the email you received after the upgrade.

    This was sent to my email. I got an email a few hours later saying it had been downgraded - again! Not very impressed.
