Do you guys at JotForm have a Black List feature for emails?

One of our employees was able to receive email notifiers but now is no longer receiving them from our forms. I believe their email has been black listed but I don't seem to have the ability to change that kind of information. Is there a way for you guys to check that kind of thing and let me know what issue we may be experiencing?

We do have a Bounce List feature wherein the listed email address will not receive any emails coming from us. For more details, I suggest you check these guides:

    How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
    How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

I checked this form and I can see that you have 26 recipients in a single email notification. Also, 16 recipients are listed in the bounce list. I already removed them from the list.

I suggest you create a separate email notification for the other students. There's a limit of 10 recipients per notification. If you have 26 recipients, you should have 3 notifications.

    10 recipients - notification 1
    10 recipients- notification 2
    6 recipients - notification 3

    For more details, here's a guide: Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.

If you have any questions, let us know.

In addition to that, the Bounce List is a feature wherein the email address will be added to the list if the emails coming from JotForm are being rejected by the email recipient. One of the purposes of the bounce list is to determine if there are any errors in sending emails to the recipients. Here are some examples:

    - Mailbox is full
    - Email address is non-existent
    - Incorrect email address
    - Blocked by your email provider

If the issue keeps on happening, I suggest you try the following solutions:

    1. Add the Sender Email (noreply@jotform.com) to your contacts or address book.
    2. Kindly make sure that your mailbox is not full.
    3. Please check if you have any spam filter in your email client or email program.
    4. Try whitelisting our IP addresses: Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains.
    5. Use an SMTP server as the Sender Email. Here's a guide: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know.
