What happens if I "authorize" quiz form to use my information in jotform via this link https://quizform.jotform.io/? What exactly am I authorizing? Am I releasing information to an outside source?

We would like the quiz taker to be told his/her response is correct or incorrect and to be given the correct answer if his/her response is incorrect. Is this possible?

I just want to confirm that there is no extra fee to use the quiz form with our jotform subscription. Thanks.

When you authorize the app, you give permissions for the following things:

- Read your user details

- Read your form details

- Read your form submissions

- Edit your form submissions

- Add submissions to your form

It will only use the information from your particular form. It is our internal app and it does not release any information to outside sources.

While you are setting up the correct answers, you should mark the option to show the correct or incorrect answers in the result. Then when your users submits the form, it will display the results at the end and if there are incorrect answers then the correct ones will shown between parenthesis.

And yes, there is no extra fee for the Quiz Form app. It is included in your subscription.
