How do I forward a completed form?   After I hit "submit" is gone... I don't see a way to retrieve it.  :)  thanks

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked the email address you used in opening this post (question) and it is not associated with any Jotform account. I can only assume that you have submitted a form that is owned by another account. Do you wish to view the information you sent with the form? I'm afraid the only way you can view the submission you have submitted on your end is if you receive an email containing it after you have submitted the form. That is if the form you have submitted is set to send a confirmation email after being submitted.

If you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.

We use jotform, and we have several users. the owner is Marcie Nguyen.
Yes, the information needs to be filled out by one person, and a
confirmation email needs to be sent to two different places. How do I
do that configuration? If I am not the owner? Does the
owner/originator of the form need to change the configuration?

The owner of the form you have submitted can create reports for the submission data of the form and share it with you.

That way, you will be able to view the submitted data.

Or, the owner of the form can also share the submissions page of the form — How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page

With regards to configuring or setting up the form, it can be done on the builder page of the form which can only be accessed on the account that owns it. However, the owner of the form may choose to share it with another Jotform user as a sub-user (to view submission and/or edit the form) if the sub-user feature is still available on the form owner's account.

Another option that you can try is Collaboration. And here's a guide that explains how collaboration works — Understanding-Form-Collaboration
