I am looking for someone that can help me design a Jotform with tracking capacity and hierarchy.  Do you have someone that can do that?

I am looking for someone that knows you process so that I can hire them to make a data base for me that can do the following

Checklist for operations in store locations
If they do not meet a standard then that item is escalated to higher management and creates a task that they have to do a review on that item.
Also want a scorecard system
Also want a dashboard
Want to put rules around each of them so that I can see when the reviews are done if they are completed on time or done on a weekly bases etc.

We also have ready-to-use Templates that you could choose from.  However, if you want to pay someone to create your form you could hire someone from UpWork.

In Upwork there are quite a few people familiar with our process and can assist you in creating forms for you.
