Why are my attachments not coming through when submitted through the form?

    I created a jotform that collects word docs and images, and when submitted it should be sending to three emails. Two of the three emails do not receive the attachments. Two out of the three default to links instead of the submitted materials, and when clicked on they get a 404 error.  

    Is there any way to fix this?

    Hi @MesaArtsCenter!

    The reason the two other recipients are receiving a 404 Error is due to your account has the option Require log-in to view uploaded files. In order, to allow the two recipients to view these files you will need to uncheck this option via your Jotform Account Settings.
