How to view my form submissions?

Somehow when I first started using JotForm i came up with a screen that looked like a spread sheet, the whole entry was on one line with all the fields showing.  The next submission was on the next line with all the fields showing.  They were in a small font but everything was there.  I don't know what I did for the submissions to show up like that but would like to do it again but having no luck, any ideas.Bob
