Is there an option for keeping our data on a local drive?

I'm looking for a form system such as yours for our pop-up gallery event.  It is a long-running event and we need to modernize our systems. However, our IT people are very leary of systems that keep our data in the cloud.  Is there an option for keeping our data on a local drive?
