I created my account under the wrong address and now I can not get my info

    I was in a rush to create this account because I needed something to collect information from a lot of people fast.  I created an account with you under b***dm**@gmail.com and your app worked great but now I realize I can not create an excel spreadsheet because that was the wrong address.  My address is b***dm**@***rv*lley.com.  I can not change my information on my tablet and I can not access my account online because the password is not working.  Please help.  I have 50 peoples information on this list.  Can you please change my account to the ***rv*lley.com account!!!!!!

    The account username is "bobbye". If you have access to the email address "b***dm**@gmail.com", you may reset the password as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/579-How-to-Password-Protect-a-Form

    I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE Gmail account it does not exist. Can you please change the email to bsandman@deervalley.com
