How do people submit the form back to me?

When I create a form and email it how do people submit it back to me?

When people submit your form, the form responses or submissions are stored in the Form Submission page of your respective form in your JotForm account. This guide explains how you can check the form submissions - https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions.

You can also set up notification emails in your form. This will automatically send you an email when your user submits the form.
