Unable to Reset the password

    I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE bsandmand@gmail.com account it does not exist. so I can NOT reset the password. Can you please change the email to bsandman@deervalley.com or if that is impossible can you please download the form "CIA recruiting September 23, 2019" into a pdf or an excel sheet and email it to bsandman@deervalley.com

    This is the advice i have already received but does not work for me.

    The account username is "bobbye". If you have access to the email address "bsandman@gmail.com", you may reset the password as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/579-How-to-Password-Protect-a-Form

    I noticed that the account bobbye is already mapped to the email Id bsandman@deervalley.com
