The text elements are missing from the email body.

    We have some clients filling out forms and submitting them back to us, but when they return, the long text part of the writing is missing with the terms and agreements before their signatures. All we receive is their signatures without the text. How do we change this as I'm sure the clients get a copy of their submission also to their email and we want them to include the writing int he forms so they know what they are signing.

    Are you referring to the text present on the Form?

    Please be noted that the text elements will not appear in the email by default. You will need to manually add/insert the TEXTS in the email message content.

    To make the text elements visible in the submission view, you can check the following option.
