Paid overdue account- please un-suspend account can not log in

    Hello,


    I had my credit card cancelled as it was hacked, therefore my automatic payments declined, as a result, I have had a suspension activated on my Jotform account.


    I have now paid the overdue invoice, could you please grant me access to my account again?

    We apologize for this inconvenience. Your account was suspended due to too many credit card attempts. I can see that you have now successfully paid for the Bronze monthly plan. I've activated your account now.

    Many thanks- I did try to update the card last week but the system kept
    glitching and not saving for me.

    All your forms are present in your account. I believe you may have logged off from your JotForm session and hence not able to view the forms. Please ensure that you are logged in to JotForm.

    Oh, I see- thank you- I panicked for a minute there.
    I have re logged in again and can see them now.
