How do I get the square ticks to be round bullets?

How do I change the big square bullets ("multiple choice") on my form to smaller round bullets - example attached of smaller round bullets

On my Forms, "Team Building Johannesburg Quotes Sept2019" show smaller round bullets - this is what I need.

However. my :Ksmart Express Blogger Sept2019" show "ungly big square bullets"

You can modify this format from the Form's Advanced Designer to look similar to your other form. Please see the screencast below.
