Hello,
I purchased the Silver plan over the weekend and it looks like the service has still not taken effect. When can I expect the service to start?

Hi Kristen,
The subscription shall take effect as soon as you purchased it. And as checked, we still haven't received a payment from you and the account is still on a FREE plan.
May we know what payment method have you used? It would be great if you could also send us a reference/transaction number of the said purchase.
