Is it possible to access an older version of JotForm?

Is it possible to access an older version of JotForm.  We are a school and have a set of Ipads that only operate IOS9.3.5.   We would like parents to fill in a survey at parents evening but your app appears to only operate at IOS10.10 and above.

Any solutions would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, our new JotForm Mobile forms app that was recently launched in June 2019 would be running on iOS 10 and above. You would need to update the iOS version at your end.
