Can I reset a subaccount?

    One of my team members has locked themselves out of their Jotform subuser account. Can I reset them as the master account holder?

    Please note that sub-user accounts is actually a separate account and you only share your form with them but you do not have any access to sub-user account. 

    Do you mean to say that sub-user is not able to login to his Jotform account? Please let us know the sub-user account username or the email address used in account profile and we will take a look.
