how to make name field more than 3 characters verification

a guy just put: x x

and it accepted, how to control more than 3 characters each, if not dont post

As I check the possibilities, unfortunately, it is not possible to get the length of the string entered to a field at the moment to achieve your requirement. 

I am sending the thread to our backend team as a feature request for evaluation. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any ETA at this moment. However, if there is any news you'll be updated here on this thread. 

any way in the conditiongs rules to check length of string and in base of that dont let submit

Unfortunately, we don't have string functions with conditional logic, but please check this widget: 

Substring widget is the only thing we have at this moment to work with strings.
