Is it possible for two people to access the same account?

    Good Morning,

    My name is Johanna Cuellar. I opened my account with the following email address: jcuellar@rialto.k12.ca.us. I requested to have the account transferred to the following t person: Tina Lingengelter, tlingenf@rialto.k12.ca.us. She has had trouble obtaining access. Is it possible for the two of us to be on the account? Please respond as soon as possible.

    One account can only be owned by one user. If your intention is for both of you to have access to the same forms and submissions, that is only available for Enterprise plans.

    Internally though on your end, you can share the login details to your colleague so she can have access to your account.
