Payment form errors

Hello, I'm getting reports of a form returning an error each time it's submitted.  The form is set up to collect files and information, then to submit payment for the service.  A customer says it keeps returning an error each time they try to pay/submit. 

Is there a error log hidden somewhere that I can take a look at?

Is there a way to troubleshoot credit card transactions?

The name of the form in my account is Prudential Employment Verification Payment Form

May we know the error message when the form is submitted?

I have checked your form and it seems to be setup correctly.
