Why are my respondents not receiving my autoresponder email?

    I don't think respondents are receiving my autoresponder email. Why not?

    Hi,

    As I have checked your form, I can see that you are using SMTP set up for the autoresponder email.

    I also checked your mail logs and it's showing that all emails are sent successfully considering you are using SMTP. Please try to replace the Sender Email to noreply@formresponse.com and see if this resolves the issue as some email providers are strict in receiving emails and they may be blocking it.
