Hello. I created a form "Annual Financial Property Audit" and used it on site to audit two different properties. I am now trying to complete my audits and noticed that scoring is not based on a 10 point system.

In addition I selected to save and continue while auditing and noticed that the data input was not saved, this includes points as well as photos. I submitted one of the forms from the app but it is not showing up on the submissions.

I'm currently trying to just download a pdf version of did actually get saved and the app is not generating a pdf it is stuck loading.

    Please help.

May we know how are you using the session save and continue feature in mobile phones? Are you using the mobile app or the browser of mobile phones?

I noticed the save and continue feature is not yet supported in the JotForm mobile app so you would have to use the mobile browser to access the session URL from your autoresponse email to fill the second Form. If you fill-up the second Form in the app then you would not be filling the session URL so it won't save the data.

I have moved your first concern to a separate thread to avoid confusion as we would like to keep one concern per thread:

    We will address it shortly.

    Thanks.
