Why my account is still suspended?

    Hello, 

    I requested a review of my account as I was blocked for suspected Phishing.  I cannot access my account to add the widgets suggested in the recent answer to "Selena".  However, my business does fall under the guidelines for exception:

     

    However, there are exceptions, here are some examples of businesses that require a Social Security number for legitimate purposes:
    • Insurance companies
    • Credit card companies, lenders, and any other company receiving a credit application from you
    • The three main credit reporting agencies: TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian
    • Any company that sells products or services that require notification to the IRS, including:
    - Investment advisors
    - Banks
    -Real estate purchases
    -Financial transactions over $10,000, such as automobile purchases; and other financial transactions

    Please tell me how I can proceed.

    Hello Todd - I checked the (azocardsvc) account associated with the email you used to post here and it is in good standing. That account is not suspended, perhaps you're referring to another account?

    If so, please give us the username so we can check it.

    Yes, Steven Marshall just reactivated the account, but as you can see from
    the response, I am to remove the banking info. I fear I will start to use
    the form again and be suspended - thereby impacting my business.
