I updated an existing form with a new text box field for people to enter a username, but when I preview the form or view it from an existing link, the new field doesn't appear. I've already tried clearing my cache and cookies and logging in through both www.jotform and form.jotform but nothing seems to work. The form also isn't embeded in any website, just linked to through the URL I was provided on the form.

Sorry for your inconvenience. I cleared your form cache in our end, please try to edit the form then save it. And also I would like to inform you that you are now over the limit,you made more than 10 SSL secure submissions. Your account will be temporary disable and will be available when the counter reset.
