I see no way to save a copy of it when the submitter submits it

    I'm helping out with st caspar's who uses this application, for creation of electronic sign info.

    I see no way to save a copy of it when the submitter submits it. Thus, he has no record other than his notes which truly do not reflect what was submitted. 

    Can a modifiable PDF format be used thus there's a save feature before submittal. This would allow this person to retain what they have , and even make alterations to a submittal such as only a date change instead of a complete redo.

    When the form is submitted, the submission data is saved in the submission page.
