I received an email that we reached our limit for the month. When is the form being disabled in Tuesday which is the new month of October.

I have checked the account associated with the email address you used in opening this post and I see that it has reached its monthly submissions limit. Monthly limits such as the submissions limit, reset every first of the month.
Your account should activate as soon as the limit resets tomorrow.

But it says the form is going to be disabled tomorrow at 12pm. I posted a picture of the email.

The email you received is system generated and the date in that email depends on the date your account reached its limit. The system will still check your account status before it disables it due to being over limit. If it finds that the limit has already reset, which should be in less than 3 hours from now, it will not continue to disable your forms.
