edit submission data

Can a modifiable PDF format be used thus there's a save feature before submittal. This would allow this person to retain what they have , and even make alterations to a submittal such as only a date change instead of a complete redo.

You may add an edit link in the autoresponder email for your form users to edit their submission data.
