I Want to Send Terms of Use via Notification and Autoresponder Mails

    I would like that when the forms are submitted that I and the client receives an email with the both the answers and the questions that were on the form. This includes all the text in the terms and agreements sections of each of our forms. Please can you provide a step by step explanation of how to do this exactly.

    1. Add a "Long Text Entry" from "Form Elements"

    2. Change the "Long Text Entry" question text as "Terms of Conditions"

    3. Click the "Long Text Entry Settings"

    4. Click the "OPTIONS" and change the size

    5. Click the "ADVANCED" and paste your terms of conditions text at "Default Value" field

    6. Enable the "Read-only"

    7. Then go to form "SETTINGS" and "EMAILS

    8. Change the "RECIPIENTS" -> "Reply-to Email" as Terms of Conditions for Notification Mail

    9. Change the "RECIPIENTS" -> "Recipient Email" as Terms of Conditions for Autoresponder Mail
