Why am i not getting emails about forms filled out?

    I created a form and I have not received any notices that people have filled out the form when I know they have, because they have received confirmation emails.  When I log onto my account, it says that there is no forms.  Please help as I need to know how many people have signed up for my class.

    Our mail logs shows that notifications are being sent:

    Please check your spam folder, if you find them there, please mark them as NOT SPAM. Let us know if you need more help.

    Okay, i see the problem.  This is not the correct email address.  It should be going to chaplainwright2190@gmail.com.  Is there a way to fix this and forward all emails to the correct address?

    You can change the email recipient inside your notification email settings. Please check this guide for more details: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email

    I do not have the password for the account and cannot reset it as it is trying to send the reset instructions to the incorrect account.  Is there another way to reset the password?

    Unfortunately, that is the only way to reset the password. Also, only the owner can modify or make changes to the account. Please contact the account owner and let him update the email address with the correct one.

    If you're the owner of the account, please try to remember the password as it is the only way for now since you can't use the reset.

    Or you can just clone the form and use it on your new account.
