I cannot stop reminder emails from going out event though I have made the form inactive.

I now have customers complaining their inbox is being spammed. Can you please help me to stop these going out!!!

As per checking, the form currently does not have reminder emails setup, and I can also only see a notification email, no autoresponder email.

Can you please share a sample email address of your user that is receiving a reminder email? Kindly share a screenshot as well of the email.
