How to setup an admin that will control the forms and allow users to login and see submissions?

Good day.  I'm new to JotForm and was wondering if you can setup an admin that will control the forms and then just have a user that can login and see submissions?

What you are looking for is available in Jotform Enterprise account. You can still share submission, but that would be sharing from the actual submission page. It's not the same management the Enterprise offer.
