Transfer data from one form to another: Pass data for the Other field of a Multiple Choice

Thank you, that just about fixed everything. The only issue now is the "other box" choice is forwarding as being checked even if it was not

Please try to use a comma (",") instead of the ampersand ("&"):

now it is no longer working. it still shows up as the box "other" being check, but now it says whatCertification[other] in the response field. i've included a screen shot

I'm afraid the 'other' option will be always checked if checkbox field is populated via URL because it does not have a label. But, when second populated form is submitted 'other' option is not being added to submission. 

May we ask if this breaks any process on your forms so we could consider escalating this issue to our developers for checking?

Yes, when you forward to next form. It forces to that question. Skipping over questions that have not been filled out yet.

Also, what is the correct sequence for a short text answer? 

For a Short Text Entry, you should use the following: textBox8={textBox}

It depends on the number of similar request, which we will receive and the workload of our developers. We can not provide any time frame for this, but we will update you on this thread.

Thank you for your help. II am having a problem with another drop down questions. I have 2 separate drop questions. One question is working and transferring the data(you provided me with the correct information). the other is not. How ever I used the same sequence to do both. Not sure why this is not working. The question I am having trouble with is "What is the year of your car?" Any help would be great.
