404 error when I click company Jotform links

    I continue to get a 404 error when attempting to view our company created JotForms in multiple browsers. These are created by our marketing team and when I click to review them I get this error message. 

    However if I type the entire URL by hand into my cell phone it opens fine? 

    What is happening and how can I fix it? I need to be able to review these prior to release.
