I'd previously received a quote from a client via the jotform quickquote on our site, but last month, a client sent a quickquote in and it was directed to an associate who now works at another of our locations. I tried sending a test at the time and it also went to the wrong person. I don't know how to fix this or how to remove the old form and create a new one. My Email address is email@example.com. Screen shot won't help because it shows my name and phone number. Thanks for your help.
