How can I put first name in autoresponder email?

How can I put the customer's first name in the autoresponder email? The merge tags don't seem to work anymore. I've got this — Hi {fullName:first}, — but it's not working.

Oh, solved.

I discovered the problem. I got "{fullName:first}" from some other help post on the forums. I didn't realize that "fullName" is not the variable name my form uses for name. Instead, I needed to look down at the table JotForm generated and get the name variable name from there. As it happens the variable name is "name", not "fullName". 

In this screenshot, you can see that I used the wrong variable name for name.
