Good afternoon! I created a form in jotform and I have someone that submitted their information and their credit card did not go through. The reporting shows that they attempted an order, but I can't see what that order is. We use square for our purchases. She did say she entered a wrong credit card number the first time, and then corrected it before she submitted. Any advice? We had this happen a couple of times last year as well when we had our event. I have provided a screenshot where you will see I highlighted the issue. Thanks!

It appears that the Square integration on your 2019 Fall Carnival Wristband Pre-Order form is currently in Test Mode:
Please click on the dropdown, select Live Mode and click on Connect with Square again and re-connect with your Square account.
